## What is Convo?

Convo is a conversational audio tour platform for museums, historic sites, galleries, and tour operators. Curators bring their existing materials - catalogs, wall cards, exhibition notes, a CSV from their CMS - and Convo drafts a tour script in about ninety seconds. Curators edit directly, or describe changes in natural language. One click voices the tour in 10+ languages. Updates ship the same day. Once published, visitors scan a QR code and listen in their browser - no app download. At any stop they can ask the guide a question, in chat or voice, in their language. Answers are grounded in the curator's own reference materials. When the guide can't ground an answer, it says so rather than inventing one. Curators stay in charge: every script moves through draft, review, and publish. Nothing reaches a visitor unapproved. Reference materials are not used to train models or shared with other institutions.
