## What is Vorel AI?

Vorel deploys autonomous AI customer support agents across voice, chat, social, SMS, and email. The agent picks up inbound calls, reads the customer's record from the CRM in real time, books or reschedules appointments, closes the ticket, and writes the audit row before the conversation ends. Operators get an AI agent that works inside their existing CRM rather than on top of it, with live read/write integrations for 27+ CRMs including HubSpot and Salesforce, plus Slack, Stripe, Shopify, Zendesk, and Freshdesk. Voice is the differentiator: sub-2-second turns, per-turn hallucination grading, and human handoff with whisper and take-over controls. Multi-language support includes Arabic dialects. Channels include WhatsApp and an embeddable web widget. Vorel competes with Sierra, Decagon, Ada, Fin, Parloa, and Cresta. Pricing is enterprise contracts plus usage-based. Vorel is also building CXBench, a public multi-vendor benchmark for customer-service voice AI.
