CondoAide is web-based property management software built for self-managed condominium syndicates in Quebec — boards run by volunteer administrators, without a professional manager. It centralizes three areas in one dashboard: preparation for Law 16 obligations (syndicate attestation, maintenance logbook, reserve-fund contribution tracking), simplified accounting (unit charges, bank-account payments, annual financial statements), and a tamper-evident digital registry that keeps minutes, contracts, and records organized and verifiable. Additional tools cover assemblies (agendas, electronic-signature voting, meeting minutes), owner communications with read receipts, and an optional Owner Compliance add-on tracking insurance proof, water heaters, and smoke alarms. Data is hosted and backed up in Quebec, encrypted at rest (AES-256), and aligned with Quebec's Law 25 privacy requirements. CondoAide supports 2 to 200 units and is free up to 5 units.
