It allows room-by-room documentation with photos and notes, records meter readings with images, and logs key inventory. Digital signatures comply with eIDAS regulations, ensuring legal validity. Accessible via a web browser with no installation or account needed, both parties can complete and sign reports during handover. Photos are compressed and stripped of metadata before secure storage. Reports, assigned unique identifiers, are emailed to both parties and stored for up to five years.
