Discovery is where deals are won or lost, and most AEs either over-prepare on the wrong things or show up winging it. Sailz fixes that. It's become part of my pre-call routine and I've noticed my discovery conversations are more focused and more useful for the prospect too. Simple to use, does exactly what it promises.

Pros

Sailz saves a ton of time before discovery calls. Instead of spending 30 minutes researching the prospect and trying to figure out which questions to ask, the tool does the heavy lifting. You walk into the meeting with a clear structure and the right questions already framed. As an AE, that's a real difference-maker on first calls.

Cons

Still early stage, so the product is evolving quickly. A few rough edges here and there, but nothing that blocks usage.

SailZ has genuinely helped me stay productive on busy days. With several meetings and demos every day, having instant access to relevant prospect insights allows me to be better prepared without spending hours on research. It helps me focus on what matters most: the conversation with the prospect.

Pros

As an Account Executive, I have several meetings and demos every day, and preparing properly for each one can be very time-consuming. Instead of spending 30 minutes researching a company, looking for relevant information, and preparing discovery questions, I can get a clear overview and actionable insights quickly. It helps me start conversations with a much better understanding of the prospect and focus on delivering value rather than doing manual research.

Cons

The only downside is that SailZ can save so much preparation time that I found myself relying on it quite quickly. I still like to do a final manual check for strategic accounts, but SailZ already covers most of the groundwork.

really nice tool that every sales should use to be well prepared for upcoming meetings and save time on what matters.

Pros

Easy to deploy, easy to use. Fast and qualified meeting prep. Linked to your CRM and to you database so it's really accurate.

Cons

Actually nothing, the tool is a really nice to have for teams that wants to scale and to focus their time on talking with their clients instead of admin stuff.

SailZ has changed how I prep for first meetings. What took 30+ minutes of manual research now takes a couple of minutes, with better, more structured output. Walking in with the right battlecard and customer story has clearly improved my conversion. A genuine unfair advantage for any AE or sales engineer.

Pros

SailZ turns a single prospect email into a complete discovery prep on one screen: profile, company news, the tools they actually use, AI-generated MEDDIC questions, battlecards, and my best-matched customer references. The data accuracy is spot-on and the contextual questions make my calls sharper and more credible. A real edge for qualification and lead generation.

Cons

Very little to complain about. The free plan is great to start, but you'll quickly want to upgrade for more meetings — it gets addictive. A few more native CRM integrations would be a nice bonus.
