La gestion du temps de rotation nous a permis de mieux remplir la salle sans précipiter les clients. L'équipe est à l'écoute et nos retours se retrouvent dans les versions suivantes - on sent un produit qui évolue avec les besoins du terrain. Pour un restaurant indépendant qui veut garder la main sur son outil et sur ses données clients, c'est la meilleure option qu'on ait essayée Pros Le plan de salle en direct change vraiment la gestion du service: on voit d'un coup d'œil les tables assises, en attente, à libérer, et le moteur de placement propose des combinaisons cohérentes quand on prend des walk-ins. La fiche client avec l'historique des visites nous aide à anticiper les habitudes des habitués (couverts préférés, allergies, anniversaires) - ce qui faisait défaut sur notre ancien outil. Le forfait fixe sans commission par couvert est aussi une respiration par rapport à ce qu'on payait avant Cons Quelques petits ajustements visuels qu'on aurait aimés un peu plus tôt sur la version mobile, mais l'équipe livre des mises à jour très régulièrement donc rien de bloquant. Sur la mise en route, on a eu besoin d'un peu d'accompagnement pour configurer nos règles de zones et de priorité - une fois fait, ça roule. Le plan de salle en direct nous fait gagner du temps en service, et les SMS « table prête » fluidifient l'attente. Recommandé pour tout restaurant indépendant qui veut garder le contrôle de ses données clients. Pros Tout est centralisé dans un seul outil : réservations, plan de salle en direct, walk-ins, click & collect. L'équipe est très réactive et livre des améliorations chaque semaine. Le tarif fixe à 150 €/mois sans commission par couvert nous a fait économiser beaucoup vs ce qu'on payait avant. Cons Comme c'est un produit jeune, il y a parfois des nouveautés en cours de stabilisation, mais les retours sont pris en compte rapidement.
