Sivva is field service management software for UK trades — plumbing & heating, electrical, HVAC, security & fire, facilities and 25+ more. It runs the whole job in one system: scheduling and dispatch with SLA timers; a mobile app for engineers (photos, signatures, parts, clock in/out — online or offline); van and warehouse stock control; quoting; branded invoicing that syncs to Xero and QuickBooks; a customer self-service portal; and KPI dashboards. The difference is the pricing: a flat monthly fee per plan instead of per-user, so your bill doesn't grow each time you hire — typically hundreds of pounds a month less than per-seat FSM at 20+ engineers.
