## What is C-Payroll?

C-Payroll is payroll software for processing global cryptocurrency and fiat payments without traditional banking infrastructure. It uses end-to-end encryption with a BlackBox system, encrypting data in the browser before server transmission. The encryption key is derived from a twelve-word BIP-39 seed phrase controlled by the company owner. The software supports batch payments in over 140 cryptocurrencies and 20 fiat currencies, allowing up to 20 payout methods per employee. It handles recurring payments, CSV imports for bulk processing, and can execute up to 200 payouts in one blockchain transaction. C-Payroll includes expense management with multi-step approval workflows and customizable thresholds. It performs triple AML screening to verify recipient wallets. Operating on a non-custodial model, it doesn't hold private keys or funds. Transactions are signed through connected wallets. The platform offers role-based access controls and generates compliance documentation for taxes.
