## What is ContractParser.ai?

No signup required. ContractParser.ai extracts structured data from contracts and legal documents using AI — upload up to 1,000 PDFs, Word docs, images, text files, or HTML files per batch and get your results back by email. Choose from over 25 pre-configured fields — contract dates, financial terms, renewal conditions, termination clauses, governing law provisions — or write a custom prompt for any field you need. Two modes are available: Verified, which adds a secondary audit pass and confidence scoring, and Quick, optimized for high-volume bulk processing. Output is delivered as CSV, ready for spreadsheets or direct import into Salesforce. Security is built in: encryption at rest and in transit, automatic file deletion after two hours, and a strict policy against using your data for advertising or AI training. Results are emailed once processing completes, so you can access them anytime — even after closing your browser.
