## What is GuestWeave?

GuestWeave is vacation rental calendar sync software that consolidates bookings from Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com into one calendar. Using calendar linking technology, it connects platforms without requiring technical expertise or API integrations. GuestWeave captures reservations, updates its central calendar, and shares availability changes across platforms. A color-coded system shows sync status: green for updated platforms and yellow for pending syncs. The interface displays bookings chronologically with filters for upcoming, past, or all reservations. Syncing occurs automatically every 30 minutes, with manual updates available anytime. Setup involves copying and pasting calendar links from each platform into GuestWeave, taking about five minutes. It operates via a web browser with no installation required. The basic service is absolutely free. It also has paid features including direct reserations, set unavailable periods and automatized communication of cleaning service.
