It features 15 core modules covering the project lifecycle, including daily reporting, financial forecasting, and productivity analysis. Foreman reports track manhours, cost codes, equipment usage, photos, RFIs, and field directives, while superintendent reports add materials, subcontractors, safety issues, and weather data. The PM dashboard organizes reports, generates PDFs, analyzes productivity, and monitors budgets, equipment, and subcontractors. The platform solves real day to day construction management problems instead of adding overhead, and the team behind it is engaged and quick to act on feedback. Would recommend giving it a trial against whatever you're currently using. Pros Field PM strips out the friction that usually eats time in construction project management. Task management and scheduling are built by someone who's actually doing the day to day work, not someone who studied it from the outside. Ease of use stands out most. Nothing is locked behind extra paywalls, and the team is responsive to feature requests. Cons Still early in using the platform, so I haven't had enough time to stack it directly against more established players like ServiceTitan. But this one very well may be the last I’ll ever need. It’s everything you need wrapped into one platform at a price that is unbeatable. Pros It just works. It’s intuitive for field data entry and office interpretation and reporting. It’s obvious that this was not created by a software graduate but rather a team that has spent decades in the field. Cons It’s brand new so things are being adjusted and polished but the price point and how receptive the owners are to feedback makes that more of a pro than a con. Before switching, we struggled to get daily logs from our foremen on time. Now, reports come in daily because the app is so easy to use on a phone. It has completely eliminated the paperwork backlog and gives our office real-time visibility into project health and cost codes. Pros Field PM has been a game-changer for our crews. Most software is too complicated for the field, but our foremen actually use this one because the daily reports only take five minutes. The AI voice-to-text reporting is a huge time-saver and works great even in Spanish. It’s simplified our documentation without making it feel like extra homework for the guys on site Cons It is really deficits to find a cons about this application, it really. makes the task easier and in a timely manner. It has helped improve communication between the office and the field, kept projects organized, and made it easier to stay on top of schedules and documentation. The software continues to improve, and I’d recommend it to companies looking for a practical field management solution. Pros The biggest advantage was how easy it made it to keep track of field work and communicate with the team. Work orders, job progress, and documentation were all in one place, which helped eliminate a lot of phone calls and confusion. It’s straightforward to learn and made managing projects much more organized. Cons Like any software, there was a bit of a learning curve at first. I’d also like to see more customization in reports and a few additional integrations with other platforms, but overall nothing that prevented us from getting value from it. Switched from [GoCanvas](https://www.capterra.com/p/139882/Canvas-Mobile-Forms/) We were looking for a platform that was built specifically for managing field operations instead of trying to make a general purpose tool fit our workflow. Pros Simple UI for both field supervisors and project managers, and rapid support response from developer. Cons It's difficult to think of any hard criticisms, every feature I needed was was either available from the start or implemented lightning fast on request. Pros I like how convenient it is to have all my job data in one location instead of digging through a bunch of one drive folders looking for what I need. Cons There’s nothing about this software/App that I necessarily don’t like, it’s literally does everything I need it to do with no issues.
