Our overall experience with MovePro has been outstanding. The platform has delivered quality leads, excellent support, and real value to our business. Pros

The ongoing support from the MovePro team has been exceptional. The platform is easy to use, generates quality leads, and helps us manage opportunities efficiently. \[sensitive content hidden\] have always been available when we need assistance and genuinely care about helping our business grow.

Cons

There is very little to dislike. Like any growing platform, there are occasional improvements and new features that could be added, but the team listens to feedback and continuously improves the service. Overall, our experience has been extremely positive.

Movepro has helped us bring our sales, operations, field teams, and admin into one connected system. Before using it, we were relying on a mix of spreadsheets, calendars, emails, paper run sheets, and separate tools, which made it easy for details to get missed. Movepro has given us a much clearer workflow from first enquiry through to quoting, scheduling, running the move, invoicing, and payment.

Pros

The best part is that Movepro is clearly built for moving companies. The CRM, quoting, inventory, scheduling, dispatch, mobile crew tools, customer communication, and payments all connect back to the same job. That has saved our office team a lot of admin time and reduced the amount of information being repeated or manually copied between systems. The scheduling tools are especially useful for assigning crews, trucks, tasks, and runs. Our field staff having job details, inventory, notes, and updates available digitally has also made moving day much smoother. The online booking and automated follow-up features help us stay on top of enquiries and convert leads faster.

Cons

Getting Movepro fully configured for our business wasn't instant. As with any comprehensive business system, there was a period of setup, configuration, and staff training to make sure everything aligned with the way we operate. It took several days to fine-tune our workflows, pricing rules, scheduling processes, and team permissions, and there was naturally a learning curve as staff became familiar with the platform. That said, the Movepro team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the system. Their support made the transition much smoother than expected, and once everything was configured, the benefits quickly outweighed the initial implementation effort. Today, the platform has become an integral part of our day-to-day operations.

We moved from OneXFort because the platform had largely stopped evolving and feature development had slowed significantly. As our business grew, particularly in interstate removals, we found the system lacked the functionality and flexibility we needed to manage more complex workflows, scheduling, and operational requirements. We wanted a platform with an active development roadmap, modern automation capabilities, and stronger support for both local and interstate moving operations. Movepro provided the specialised functionality, ongoing innovation, and scalability we were looking for to support our future growth.

Extremely easy to use and intuitive software that has allowed my business to be able to streamline our existing sales and operations processes / programs, down to one source of truth. Highly recommend.

Pros

I think the value for money that we are realising since our subscription to Movepro has exceeded our expectations . As below, initially we didn't think the program would be able to support a Rail/ Road orientation, and that we would still need to maintain some of the legacy programs. But what we have seen is that with the continual updates to the Movepro software (based on feedback from companies such as mine), those areas of concern have now been rectified and the software has allowed us to remove those preexisting programs and use Movepro as the one source of truth for both our Sales and Operational requirements.

Cons

No call outs, other than Initially the software was not suitable for the entirety of my business tasks (container work) but this has now been rectified and the software allows me to manage my container operations in full.
