Upload your spreadsheet and instantly see: At-Risk SKUs — Items likely to stock out before the next reorder, using reorder point math. Overstock Value — Cash trapped in excess inventory, flagged by SKU. Dead Stock — Items with no sales in 90+ days, surfaced for markdown or liquidation. Carrying Cost — Annual holding cost at 25% ICC across your full inventory. Every SKU shows Days of Supply, Reorder Point, and a suggested order quantity — a "Why?" button reveals the exact inputs. The Action Queue gives three export-ready lists: POs to Place, Transfers, and Markdowns. The math is real: ABC/XYZ classification, safety stock (Z × σd × √L), reorder point (μd × L + SS), and target days-of-cover ordering. All calculations run in your browser via SheetJS — your inventory data never touches a server. No account, no ERP, no software required. Works from a spreadsheet you already have.
