LaceUp is a youth soccer player evaluation software for clubs, coaches, and parents. It turns player development from a once-a-year report into a regular, visible loop. Coaches run an evaluation from the sideline on a phone. Every player is scored on the same 29-skill framework across the four corners of the game (technical, tactical, physical, psychological) plus character, on a five-level scale. Scores are measured against age-group benchmarks from U8 to U19, so a number becomes a position on a development curve, not just a rating. LaceUp then generates an AI development plan in plain English naming what each player should work on next, with practice activities for the gaps. Parents get a shareable progress report and can invite a coach to evaluate with one link, or self-evaluate with optional video. Clubs and Directors of Coaching get a club-wide view across every team.
