Overall, I am pleased with the support provided by the MAAC team. They respond quickly and take action whenever urgent assistance is required. I have also noticed that the platform continues to introduce new features and improvements. However, there are still some areas that could be further enhanced to make the platform even better and provide more confidence for clients to continue using MAAC.

Pros

The platform provides good value for money and meets our business needs well. It is also relatively easy to use, making it convenient for day-to-day operations. The MAAC team consistently provides excellent customer support and is always available whenever assistance is needed.

Cons

1\. For data analysis, one area for improvement is that there is currently no video view metric available for tracking. 2. The platform sometimes unstable. For example, the preview may work correctly in the test account, but after applying the same configuration to the official account, it may not function as expected.
