It was plug and play to platforms i already use like zoom, tally form and google meet. It could understand what those data meant and could easily make sense of the rough data . The team was very easy to get in touch with to answer my questions. Pros It automatically creates highlight clips for me. I can always go back in and modify any information that was generated with AI, which is huge. Cons I didn't see a way to add my own codes to organize the feedback. I think this is fine because of the search capabilities that exist. Switched from [Dovetail](https://www.capterra.com/p/174077/Dovetail/) We still use Dovetail but are considering switching to Peridot completely. The biggest issue with Dovetail is the tagging features. It's great that they exist, but it takes way too much time to organize everything. Alternatives considered [Condens](https://www.capterra.com/p/217476/Condens/) Reasons for choosing Peridot It was the cheapest and had all the core features we were looking for.
