Badger is invoice-chasing software for freelancers and small businesses that automates payment reminders for unpaid invoices. Its three-step workflow involves adding invoice details, sending escalating reminders, and stopping automatically when payment is received. Reminders start friendly on the due date, then a gentle nudge at three days overdue, a firmer message at seven days, and a final notice at thirty days. Emails can be customised in tone, timing, and wording, and are sent from your own email address so they read as if you wrote them. Autopilot mode sends reminders automatically, while approval mode lets you confirm each one manually. A dashboard tracks outstanding invoices, overdue days, and settled payments. Stripe integration imports unpaid invoices and detects payments, halting reminders on confirmation. Client replies pause the sequence and go straight to your inbox. Badger does not process payments or take any commission.
