If soc2 is new to you they helped out a lot with the 'in platform learning' assistant that helps navigate through each step and quantifies actions you need to take to get audit ready. Their AI analyzer was impressive as it analyzed our gaps in documentation very quickly and helped us close them instantly. The ongoing technical scanning was a huge bonus for us where we did not need to buy a seperate vulnerability scanner, we used theirs and it mapped to our controls on every scan. Definitely worth the money for this product. Pros It's easy to use and helps you along the way to get to final audit. Built in vulnerability scanner mapped out initial failures to each control as we assigned each deficiency to the relevant developer to correct. integrated with our existing toolset nicely so it worked out of the box. Cons Would like to see more templated training but I was told that is coming in next release which would be a bonus as other platforms do not have that. Switched from [Delve](https://www.capterra.com/p/196428/Delve/) [Sprinto](https://www.capterra.com/p/238326/Sprinto/) Issues in news with delve so we started looking at other options. while former company claimed to be agent first, Iron Fort actually had better technology built in, just a much smaller marketing budget. Alternatives considered [Drata](https://www.capterra.com/p/218441/Drata/) [Vanta](https://www.capterra.com/p/211459/Vanta/) Reasons for choosing Iron Fort Compliance Pricing was much better and they were more available to discuss. We started with little understanding of SOC 2 requirements, and the platform quickly gave us clarity on what needed to be done. The combination of compliance automation, expert guidance through SocBridge, and access to trusted auditors made the entire process much more manageable. Iron Fort has become an important partner in our ongoing compliance journey. Pros Iron Fort made our SOC 2 journey significantly easier by providing clear visibility into our compliance gaps and a structured roadmap for remediation. The platform is intuitive, cost-effective, and the ecosystem around it is exceptional. Being connected with SocBridge for policy development and remediation support, as well as receiving auditor referrals, added tremendous value. Cons As with any compliance initiative, there is still a learning curve, especially for organizations new to SOC 2. We would like to see even more built-in templates and guided workflows for first-time users.
