Pros

Lo que más me ha gustado de Kasai es la rapidez con la que responde a los clientes. Sobretodo, la rapidez para responder a los clientes en horarios en los que no estamos disponibles, esto permite atender a los clientes fuera de horario de oficina y con rapidez.

Cons

No hemos encontrado ningún aspecto negativo importante. Es cierto, que como cualquier IA requiere un periodo de configuración, pero una vez puesta en marcha todo ha sido satisfactorio.

Precisamente uno de los objetivos principales de Kasai es que ningún cliente se quede sin respuesta cuando el agente no puede atenderlo en ese momento. Es cierto que, como cualquier herramienta de IA adaptada al negocio inmobiliario, requiere una puesta en marcha inicial para ajustarse bien a cada agencia, pero trabajamos constantemente para que ese proceso sea cada vez más sencillo y ágil. Muy buena, llevamos poco tiempo usándolo ya que su lanzamiento ha sido muy reciente pero aun así son todo “pros” y ningún “contra”

Su fácil uso, muy intuitivo, muy práctico y que estoy seguro ayudará a un mejor seguimiento de leads y por consiguiente una mayor facturación

Nada, en cuanto lo tienes programado y listo para usar no hay nada mas que ventajas. Solo esperar a que haga el trabajo por ti

Mi experiencia general con Kasai ha sido muy positiva. La plataforma destaca por su facilidad de uso, su interfaz intuitiva y la rapidez con la que permite realizar las tareas habituales. Ha contribuido a mejorar la eficiencia en el trabajo diario y ha facilitado el acceso a la información necesaria de una forma clara y organizada. Lo que más me ha gustado de Kasai es su facilidad de uso.
