Customer support has been great, they promptly address any issue that may arise. Its advanced features give us the reporting and tracking needs that we require. Pros Emaints configurablility allows us to modify and present data in a way that makes sense to us. Cons While emaints advanced configurabilty has many advantages, figuring out how to use them is sometimes a struggle and usually involves a call or live chat with customer support. The features that Emaint has allowed us to gather analytical data and assisted in linking all our transactions such as financial, operational and HR into a single WO at a time. Cons The customer service part of emaint is too much. They would call me to the point of almost harassment, three or more times a day! Even now when I told them that I have found another software and am no longer interested, they keep calling. Pros The most impactful feature that I've seen so far is the input of assets. By allowing me to use an excel spreadsheet of information and upload it into the software - it's easy to use. Integration with our existing business processes will be easy once we get the hang of it. Cons Although I am a new user, there are no features I feel are missing or could be improved at this time . Always things to improve. Need to better integrate large implementations with multiple accounts. Consolidated accounts and master accounts are good but having to use a programmer to change minor items across 165 accounts slows things down. Pros Great company support. Customizing fields are nice. From implementation up to present date, the program has done everything I have needed. Pros Easy to use, customization, visual dashboard and easy reporting. Cons Mobile feature needs work. I vetted 5 companies, and eMaint is the one I chose, and so far, I am glad I did. Pros What sold me was the continued free education for product use and support. After an initial training (which there was none) the email university would be a great backup resource. Cons Lack of training up front. Emaint by far was the most attractive option available. The ease of use, ease of set up, outstanding customer support, and bang for your buck puts their competition to shame. Custom reports, custom fields, custom views. I can make this software do what I need it to do. Cons The benefit of customization is a double edged sword, as sometimes it's difficult to figure out how to set up certain features. Customer support is fantastic and overrides this difficulty.
