Pros

Easy to customize and navigate. Side menu is very helpful to see related entities, documents, etc. Scheduler 2.0 is great, easy to use. Flexibility of SWO maintenance types is an excellent addition. Document and pic upload is much better than x4 and actually pleasant to do. Global search is instrumental.

Cons

I'd like to see some mobile licenses included with the x5 subscription. x5 is missing a way to enforce naming conventions that should be added in where at either shared or site-specific level, rules for naming schema can be created an enforced. It is also missing a built-in workflow for approvals of when new items/entities are created. Could be based on user roles and permissions.

X4 was a slow learn for me, but the Support team worked with me to bring it to where we needed it to be. They earned my trust - can ask them to do simple tasks to complex system transformations.

Pros

Flexible - timely - competent. The responsive Support team, from instantaneous chat support to Customer Success Manager - all are competent, solutions oriented & timely in their response - our CSM good at bringing needed resources in the organization together to answer questions. They have mitigated any difficulties/streamlined any solutions needed when using X4 and have helped us chart an achievable path to upgrading to X5.

Cons

Only a couple of instances where CSM contacts were not available & had no forwarding contact for urgent requests. That hasn't happened in the past 4 months.

By far the best program I've used for CMMS, especially when it comes to data tracking, accountability, and being able to stay very customizable.

Pros

The user interface is much cleaner than most that I'm familiar with, making it easier for both users and administrators

Cons

The biggest con is the amount of work that still needs to be done to the base architecture that is scheduled for release in the future. With how long X5 has been in development, it seems like the program should be a little further along.

So far, I am really happy with it. I look forward to slowly building up this software to our needs, I know that with the consistency, this software will benefit our company.

Pros

There is a lot of capabilities that the software is able to do. I am excited to slowly implement all of them.

Cons

Unfortunately, we won't be able to have admin access, so if we need to make any changes to our backend then we are forced to wait for anyone with admin access to help us.

I learned how to use the software quickly and it was very easy. Every feature was simple and very easy to understand.

Pros

I like how you can import files and it automatically organized the data. Everything was very user friendly.

Cons

I dislike the fact the max and min are for specific locations, here at our site we want to use min max for all parts not just a specific location

Overall, E maintenance has been a great tool for us here at my facility. It make it easy to find documents that may be needed later to prove that the work has been done .

Pros

The main thing I like about E maint is it helps me keep up with my schedule on my PMs inspections and upcoming work that has to be done. The days of pencil and paper are gone.

Cons

The thing that I dislike about is not being able to navigate everything as I should be. I know they are different levels of access, but I just think it should be easy for everyone.

My overall experience with has been very positive since X4 and now in X5, several years as user.The customer support team is responsive and helpful, and the training sessions were informative and easy to follow. While some advanced features have a learning curve, overall the software has improved maintenance tracking, communication, and operational efficiency for our team.

Pros

The new version X5 has a modern, intuitive and user friendly interface that makes navegation more easier for both new and experienced users.It provides strong security features and user access controls. It is also well organize, responsive and helps streamline maintenance managment and work order tracking effectively.I also appreciate how customizable the platform is, allowing our team to adapt it to our operational needs while improving overall data management and user requests handling. Their customer support team is very friendly and professional. Their training sessions are amazing, well organized and easy to follow. Most of the time they are willing to add on functionalities or suggestions. They also have an extensive library with live section, short videos y documents about the system. I had a very positive experience and I think is a great value for the money.

Cons

Some workflows in X5 require multiple steps that could be simplified and I miss the color theme provided in the X4 version.

It’s great! I love the one on one training. I love having someone to go to with questions. I enjoy the hands on training with the sandbox.

Pros

Emaint is a great tool. It is easy to manage and keep records update for all equipment. And having the PMs is great. X4 is very simple and X5 has a different platform but seems to be better and beneficial.

Cons

X4 was very easy and simple to manage around. X5 seems to be a little more complicated and more steps are added to this, which will confuse a couple of the techs.

Very good! Easy to use and has loads of features. Can add pictures, use remote devices, and create on the go.

Pros

Easy to use, at all levels, along with a good level of support for issues that might occur. Training for all my team members, each level has something.

Cons

Transition has not been seamless or smooth. We have to wait for sometime for all features to become available.
