## What is WorkTrac?

WorkTrac is offline-first field service and workforce management software for blue-collar crews in construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and delivery. It connects the field and the office in one system: a mobile app for the crew and a web dashboard for the back office. The app works fully offline, crews clock in, capture photos, message, complete tasks, and file OSHA safety reports with no signal, then everything syncs automatically on reconnect. It includes GPS-verified time tracking with geofencing, shift scheduling and dispatch, projects and job costing, estimates and invoicing with one-way QuickBooks Online export, payroll export to Gusto, ADP, and Paychex, a client portal, and a tamper-evident work-proof chain that cryptographically signs clock-ins, photos, and forms so records cannot be edited after the fact. WorkTrac is field service software, not an employee-monitoring tool: GPS is captured only while a worker is on the clock. Runs on iOS, Android, and web.
