The platform is easy to use, visually appealing, and very helpful for coaching, teaching, and group work. I especially like how it makes reflection more creative, structured, and engaging. Overall, I would recommend it to coaches, teachers, trainers, and facilitators. Pros I like metaFox very much because it is practical, intuitive, and very well suited for coaching, training, and reflection processes. The tools are visually appealing and help create structure without making the process feel rigid. I especially appreciate the variety of beautifully designed cards and exercises, which make it easier to open up conversations, support self-reflection, and work creatively with clients. Cons At the beginning, it takes a bit of time to explore all the available tools and understand how to use them best in different settings. I've used it a lot in its past- more basic version and t use it a lot in this new enhanced version throughout my work- be it mentoring, team coaching, career coaching and trainings & group facilitation Pros What I value the most is how easy it is to use and how quickly it helps create meaningful conversations. I also really like that the decks are already organized by purpose (check-in, values, goals, turning points, etc.). It makes it very intuitive to choose the right exercise depending on the moment in the session, without having to think too much about the mechanics. Cons Most of my coaching and mentoring happens within a third party where I usually meet one person/team only once or twice. In those cases, creating a client profile doesn't really fit my workflow. The exception is my Career coaching program, where I work with the same person across four sessions. Looking back, I probably could have used the Client feature there. My clients also find it easy to follow, which makes the sessions feel more professional, engaging and reflective. I am always recommending MetaFox Online to clients, other coaches, facilitators, trainers and anyone working in leadership development, personal development or wellbeing. Overall, I use metaFox Online regularly and would highly recommend it. It is practical, well designed, easy to use and genuinely adds value to the coaching experience. Pros What I like most about metaFox Online is that it brings so many useful coaching tools into one accessible platform. I use it both for myself and with my clients, and I really value having coaching cards, Strength Explorer, the Wheel of Life, visual coaching activities and ready-made templates all in one place. It saves me from having to move between different whiteboards, documents, cards, and separate tools during a session. Everything is easy to access, well organised and practical. As a visual coach, I find that it improves the way I work because I can bring more structure, reflection, and creativity into the coaching conversation without overcomplicating the session. Cons When you first start using metaFox Online, it can take a little bit of time to get used to everything that is available because there is so much on the platform. However, once you find your way around, it really begins to flow. You quickly realise that it is not just a collection of tools, but a whole coaching ecosystem in one place.
