## What is Docugenie?

DocuGenie is AI-powered document management software that transforms unstructured documents into usable data through optical character recognition. The platform accepts PDF, JPG, PNG, and WebP file formats via a drag-and-drop interface. Processing completes in 10 to 15 seconds, after which extracted data appears in an editable table. Data can be exported to Excel, CSV, or JSON formats. The software includes an invoice extractor, receipt scanner, handwriting recognition tool, bank statement parser, PDF to Excel converter, document summarizer, contract analyzer, and multilingual translator. Bulk document uploads are supported. Files are stored in encrypted storage and accessed through short-lived presigned URLs. Data is not shared with third parties and can be deleted upon request.
