Most analytics tools only show you completed orders, but Cartlytics shows the whole journey: live add-to-carts, customer location, traffic source, and the abandoned carts you can win back. It is intuitive, fairly priced, and backed by support that clearly knows the product and listens to feedback. If you want to actually understand cart behavior and recover lost sales instead of guessing, this is an easy recommendation. Pros The real-time cart tracking is the reason I downloaded it and it delivers. I can see exactly what shoppers add to their carts even when they don't buy, which products get attention but stall before checkout, and where my abandoned carts are leaking. That turned into real action: I fixed the UX on two high-interest products and started recovering carts I never knew I was losing. Setup was fast and the dashboard is genuinely easy to use, no analytics degree required. Honourable mention to the support team. I asked a question about how a metric was calculated and got a real, knowledgeable answer from a human (thanks Oliver), not a copy-paste reply. Great value for the price too, especially since billing is based on orders rather than cart count. Cons Honestly not much. I would love deeper POS coverage and a few more customization options on the reports, but every time I have raised a request the team has been quick to respond and has actually shipped improvements, so even the small gaps tend to close fast.
