## What is BipOrder?

BipOrder is an all-in-one restaurant SaaS for independent restaurants. Run ordering, kitchen, reservations and delivery from a single platform — no special hardware. QR table ordering lets guests order and pay in seconds. The kitchen display system (KDS) routes tickets in real time. Self-service kiosks handle dine-in and takeaway with contactless payment. Reservations include bank-card validation and automated reminders to reduce no-shows. BipOrder integrates with major POS systems, plus an AI-built website, a branded customer app, multilingual menus, loyalty, multi-site management and digital HACCP.
