## What is Renov?

Renov is an AI virtual staging and interior design studio for real estate agents and homeowners. Agents upload a listing and get photorealistic staged rooms in about 60 seconds, the whole listing in one pass rather than one photo at a time, and can declutter occupied rooms, refresh dated ones, and label photos as virtually staged with the original kept on file. Beyond staging, Renov redesigns any room across 30 or more interior styles, lets users place real, to-scale furniture in a 3D view of the space, and builds a shopping list of the actual products with a budget. An AI design assistant guides the choices. Renov is free to try, works in the browser, and is independent of any listing portal.
