I built TrackItWeekly because I needed it and it didn't exist. After years of managing inventory across multiple locations with spreadsheets and workarounds, I wanted something simple, mobile, and built around a weekly rhythm: not a real-time enterprise system nobody actually uses. If you're a small business owner who just needs to know what you have, what you're low on, and what to order, this is it.

Pros

I've managed a 10-unit multi-brand franchise for years and could never find an inventory app that fit how operators actually work. Most tools are built for warehouses or accountants — not the person on the floor counting on a Saturday morning. TrackItWeekly is different. The weekly count workflow is fast, the par level system is intuitive, and it works on my phone without needing any hardware or setup. My team picked it up immediately.

Cons

POS integrations are still on the roadmap, so if you need a direct sync with your point-of-sale system you'll be doing some manual work for now. That said, the core inventory workflow is solid enough that it hasn't been a dealbreaker for us.
