Honestly it's saved us a good amount of work. You start a business thinking you'll spend your time on the "fun" part of it, and end up spending half the day answering scheduling messages instead. With mIAgenda that's gone down a lot, and it really shows in fewer no-shows since people actually get properly reminded.

Pros

What's helped us most is that the bot handles everything through WhatsApp, which is where people were messaging us anyway. Before, we'd lose bookings because someone would text at 11pm asking about a time slot and we wouldn't get back to them until the next day. Now it just handles that on its own, without anyone needing to be glued to their phone all day.

Cons

There are still some messier situations — like when you need to coordinate multiple resources at once, or someone cancels last minute — where it's still better to have a person look it over. And at the start it takes a bit of effort to get the team up to speed, especially the ones who aren't as into tech.

Mi experiencia con mIAgenda ha sido positiva. Es una plataforma robusta que integra atención, gestión de agenda, CRM y automatizaciones en una sola solución. Destaco especialmente su flexibilidad para adaptarse a distintos procesos de negocio y la capacidad de automatizar tareas que mejoran la eficiencia operativa. Como oportunidad de mejora, considero que una experiencia de usuario más intuitiva.

Pros

Facilidad de uso, gestión de pacientes desde WSP, responde a mis consultas de forma simple, con contenidos y entendible para los que no son expertos en la materia. Se pueden agregar FAQs nuevas y complementarlas. La integración de múltiples funcionalidades en una sola plataforma, la automatización de tareas, la atención y la flexibilidad para adaptarse a distintos procesos de negocio fueron los aspectos que más valoré de mIAgenda.

Cons

La flexibilidad de la plataforma implica que algunas configuraciones iniciales requieren mayor dedicación para adaptarlas a los procesos específicos de cada organización.

The onboarding process is fast, the agent responds naturally without option trees, and the pipeline gives clinic managers real visibility over their leads for the first time. Highly recommended for any private clinic investing in digital patient acquisition.

Pros

mIAgenda solves a real and costly problem: clinics lose 30-40% of their leads because no one responds after 6pm. The AI agent responds instantly in natural language, qualifies the patient's need, communicates pricing and availability, and books the appointment directly in Medilink — without human intervention.
