The initial onboarding and support were fundamental in helping us get started smoothly. The platform has significantly improved our price management processes, and the ability to make bulk adjustments has been especially valuable. Additionally, I’ve noticed that the platform evolves, with new capabilities being added over time, which further enhances its value. Pros What we liked most about Foxie was the strong support from the product team throughout the evaluation process. They were very helpful in answering our questions, providing clarity, and guiding us step by step. In addition, the tool’s configuration capabilities are excellent and flexible. We evaluated several options, and these aspects were key factors that ultimately led us to choose Foxie. Cons One downside is that, due to its wide range of capabilities, the platform can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming or confusing at first. However, as you spend more time using it, it becomes more intuitive and easier to navigate. The level of support was poor, and the assigned contact lacked sufficient knowledge and effective use of the tool.
