Gastfreund is a guest experience platform for hotels, holiday rentals and campsites. It unites the Guest App, the Info Channel, the Hotel Newspaper and internal team communication on a connected, modular platform: guests get the right information at the right moment, teams run operations from a single interface, and hosts grow their revenue and relief their staff. The guest app runs as a no-download progressive web app (PWA), opened via QR code or link, and as a native app with push notifications for greater reach, so guests can choose. Hotels publish information and local recommendations, promote and sell on-site offers and experiences such as spa, dining and activities, and answer enquiries through a personal chat and an in-app AI assistant.
