## What is CaseLink?

CaseLink is a referral and case-collaboration platform for dental practices. General dentists send structured referrals with the clinical reason, images, and notes attached. Specialists receive them in an organized inbox instead of a fax tray. Both offices see the same six-stage status in real time: Referral Received, Patient Outreach, Consultation Scheduled, Consultation Completed, Treatment Accepted, and Treatment Declined or Archived. If a patient has not booked inside the follow-up window, the case surfaces for outreach automatically. Secure messaging and file sharing live inside each case, so context never gets lost in email or phone tag. CaseLink is not a practice management system and does not replace Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental. Scheduling, charting, and billing stay where they are. CaseLink handles the handoff between offices, the part those systems were never built to see.
