## What is NORT?

NORT is a reverse-recruitment platform for software developers, evaluating candidates through a single assessment covering technical skills in a browser-based IDE, language proficiency based on CEFR standards, and personality traits using the Big Five framework. These evaluations generate a Career Score from zero to three thousand points, creating an objective skills profile. Developers receive job proposals directly from companies, with salary ranges displayed upfront. The seventy-minute assessment includes personality evaluation, language testing, and technical challenges, which can be completed at different times. Results remain valid across the network. NortJobs supports fourteen languages and over twenty programming languages, with no installation required for the IDE.
