## What is Arch?

Arch is a dental lab software that runs the full case lifecycle in one system, from prescription intake to shipping. Its defining feature is automation: instead of technicians typing up cases, Arch's AI reads uploaded scans and fills in the case automatically, so the data is captured as a byproduct of the work and stays accurate. Digital impressions flow in from 3Shape, Medit, and Dentsply Sirona. Cases route to the right technician by workload and due date, QR scanning logs every production stage, and quality control runs configurable checklists with manager-locked sign-off and rework routing. Invoicing generates per-dentist billing when a case passes QC, and inventory tracks materials by lot with low-stock alerts. Shipping connects to UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and Canada Post for labels and tracking.
