Une plateforme pensée pour les structures qui n'ont pas le temps ni le budget pour gérer 10 outils différents. Le rapport simplicité/fonctionnalités est excellent, et le support réactif rassure quand on a une question. Je recommande à tout entrepreneur qui sent que sa gestion administrative devient un fouillis.

Pros

La centralisation de tous mes outils en un seul endroit. Avant, je jonglais entre 3-4 logiciels différents pour gérer mes devis, mon CRM et ma facturation. Avec Orizen, tout est connecté : quand je crée un devis, il génère automatiquement la fiche client et prépare la facture. L'assistant IA intégré m'a aussi bluffé il m'a proposé de relancer un client resté sans réponse depuis 10 jours, ce que j'aurais probablement oublié.

Cons

La prise en main initiale demande un peu de temps, surtout si on vient d'outils très différents. Rien de bloquant, mais ça vaut le coup de prévoir 1-2h pour bien s'installer.
