Pros It was really easy to get started-- it used AI to scan our website and load in our existing inventory. The scanning feature it quite simple, and we immediately got clarity into what was in our warehouse vs what was out w/customers. Their Quickbooks integration also made it easy to quickly process new orders. Cons I'd like it to be able to send tracking links to customers so they can track their deliveries as well. Switched from [EZRentOut](https://www.capterra.com/p/134914/EZRentOut/) EZrentout was too complicated for our needs. It also took way too long to implement.
