IssueLinker is a productivity tool that connects HubSpot and Linear through two-way synchronization. Support teams can create Linear issues directly from HubSpot tickets with one click, eliminating manual data entry. Issues are pre-filled with ticket details, enabling engineers to start work immediately in Linear while support teams stay in HubSpot. Real-time sync ensures status updates, comments, and notes flow between platforms. When an issue is marked Done in Linear, the linked HubSpot ticket updates automatically. Notes in HubSpot appear as Linear comments, and Linear replies sync back to HubSpot, maintaining full context. Teams can link multiple HubSpot tickets to a single Linear issue, consolidating information and preventing duplicate work.
