It replaced our old paper sign-in process and gave us a real record we could rely on. Setup took about 10 minutes as promised, and check-in ran smoothly for all 220 attendees. We'd definitely use it again for future events. Pros We used Attenditai for our company event with 220 attendees. Setup was quick! We uploaded our attendee list from Excel, and it mapped everything on its own, even flagging a few duplicates. On event day, people just scanned a QR code to check in, and there were no long lines like before. We also used geofencing to confirm people were actually checking in from the venue. After the event, we got a clean report with all the check-in times, which saved us hours compared to fixing a spreadsheet ourselves. Cons Some features, like automations and role-based permissions, are only available on the higher pricing plans. Since this was for a single event, we had to think carefully about which plan made sense. We’re definitely going to recommend it to other teams in organization for future events’ attendance management. Pros Every year, my company hosts Summer Games Week, a large organization-wide event managed by a different department. This year, our IT department had the opportunity to organize it for over 1,200 employees. We used the application to manage event registrations and monitor attendance across different sub-events and sports activities. The daily attendance data also helped us better plan food, snacks, and beverage requirements based on participation. Having everything organized in one place made managing the entire week much simpler and more efficient for our team. I’d highly recommend this application to anyone who regularly organizes and manages large team events. Cons I would have loved to see a customizable dashboard for tracking and displaying scores, player streaks, and leaderboards. I was not expecting anyone to get back to me via chat, but the support team called me right away. Pros The dashboard and roster management helps keep our attendance organized. It is nice to have attendance records, timestamps, and participant information in one place instead of searching through multiple spreadsheets. We are finally happy to move away from paper sign-in sheets. Cons Initially it took me some time to gather attendance reports, but during onboarding it was explained well. I was able to find the phone number of a contact person easily and someone was answering immediately which was great. Pros It was easy to get started with Attenditai, it took me 10 minutes to create my program, import my excel file of members and then simply shared the QR-code and attendance started showing up live on the dash board. Support was great too, and the team was able to get on multiple zoom calls to help. Gladly they didn't hate me for booking multiple onboarding and support sessions. Seemed like magic. Cons Reports provided on my account are great, you can download sheet and attendee specific reports, but I was hoping to download a customised report that I could directly send to my manager without having to first alter it on microsoft excel. I was told that custom reports are available on the business plan which I wouldn't need for my work as the free account works perfectly fine for me.
