## What is FleetUp India?

FleetUp is fleet management software built for chauffeur-driven car rental operators in India. It brings bookings, dispatch, GPS tracking, GST invoicing, driver management, and accounting into one platform — replacing spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and disconnected tools. Bookings arrive from WhatsApp, email, or a client portal and are assigned to a driver and vehicle on a live allocation board. FASTag tolls sync automatically from the bank and attach to the booking. When the trip ends, the passenger signs on the driver's phone, and a GST-compliant invoice is generated instantly and sent to the client portal. FleetUp integrates with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Google Maps, and Google Sheets. An AI layer — Honk AI — drafts bookings from plain text, flags unusual expense patterns, and converts forwarded emails into trip drafts.
