Overwhelming positively. btaBuild is easy to use, a great price, and created by people who run service businesses themselves so they really get it.

Pros

Super easy to use - our supervisors were able to use it to schedule, track time, and invoice jobs without any issues. It also does everything we need (customer portal, online payments, team schedules, etc.) on a simple streamlined interface.

Cons

It's a new platform so you can tell they're still working out a few kinks but none of been major and they're quick to fix them when we ask.
