Mon Atelier is a cloud-based management platform for repair businesses, including phone, computer, appliance, and bicycle repair shops. It brings the full workflow, from device intake to payment, into one system. Repair tickets and after-sales cases track each device, its status, assigned technician, and history. Quotes, invoices, and credit notes support French Factur-X electronic invoicing, deposits, and recurring documents. Inventory and purchasing handle stock levels, suppliers, purchase orders, and barcode labels. A point-of-sale module manages in-store sales, cash drawers, and receipt printing. Customers can book appointments and request repairs through a public storefront page. Further modules cover team management with role-based permissions, email and SMS messaging, a referral program, repair-bonus claims, and Stripe subscription billing. Mon Atelier supports repair businesses in France, Belgium, and Switzerland.
