## What is CoachTide?

CoachTide is practice-management software built specifically for professional coaches, not a sales CRM bent to fit. It unifies the whole practice: public booking pages with two-way Google Calendar sync, client records, session prep and notes, e-signed agreements and online intake forms, and automatic ICF coaching-hours tracking (ACC, PCC, MCC) plus CCEU renewal logging. Invoicing runs on whatever rail you use, Stripe, PayPal, ACH, and Interac e-Transfer, plus hands-off recurring saved-card billing, with automated email and SMS reminders and post-session follow-ups. Outreach adds mailing lists with consent tracking, a drag-and-drop email designer, and campaign sends. Programs runs group and cohort coaching, and a secure client portal lets each client see their sessions, pay invoices, message you, and track their goals. Privacy-first by design: encrypted records, per-coach isolated workspaces, data stored in Canada, and AI that never sees your client data.
