It meant leaning on Stonify's team a lot in the early days, plenty of calls, plenty of training, plenty of "wait, how do I do this again." What stood out is they always seemed genuinely happy to help, no matter how many times we asked. At one point we mentioned it'd be nice to text customers straight from the platform instead of juggling another app, and before long, we had the Twilio integration set up for us. We're coming up on our first year using it, and honestly the support hasn't slowed down one bit. Pros Install and measure job log tracking, picture upload & overall organization has been enhanced since onboarding with Stonify. Cons In order for a system to work properly you need to feed it accurate & consistent data. Training employees to be accountable & accurate was the most difficult part throughout the onboarding process. Pros The team at Stonify was very helpful in fixing bugs and implementing new features for our specific use cases. I also found the UI and UX to be very nice. Cons There were times when it was slow, but they fixed it for us. There was a very big quote that I was having problems with lagging, I reported and they helped me in the same day or so! Pros I like most that the software has helped us improve communication between the office and the shop floor. Quotes, job information, schedules, and production updates are all in one place, which has reduced mistakes and saved our team time. Cons It took some time for the team to adjust and adopt but once they fully embraced the software, the transition was very smooth. It's extrememly user friendly, easy to updload our data and customize to work for our business. Before, keeping track of quotes, inventory, and scheduling meant checking a few different places. Now it's more centralized, which has helped us keep a clearer view of where jobs stand. Whenever we’ve had a question or needed a customization, the Stonify team has been quick to respond and make sure things get resolved. Their support and willingness to help have made the experience even better. Pros It's an all in one system. Scheduling, CAD and an inventory system in one. Customer service is amazing. Cons It takes a bit of learning to fully understand the setup, but once you learn it's an easy switch. Coming from multiple simple softwares, this one has all in one, so there is a bit of a learning curve.
