## What is Divisio?

Divisio turns a raw customer export into segments you can act on, without code. Upload a CSV, XLS, or XLSX, pick the variables that matter, and Divisio finds the natural groups in your customers using pattern detection (K-Means), DBSCAN, or a guided RFM template. It does more than cluster. Computed variables let you derive metrics like average order value, margin, and tenure on the fly. AI variable suggestions recommend which columns to segment on and explain why. AI persona cards turn each segment into a named persona with a ready-to-brief campaign. Deep-dive charts (scatter, box, histogram) let you prove the segments are real. When you are ready to act, export each segment as plain-English business rules, a labeled dataset, or code you can paste into HubSpot, Klaviyo, Braze, or any tool that takes a filter. Everything runs in memory and uploaded files are never stored. Free to start, no credit card. Pro is €9.99/month.
