## What is NexScale Chloe™?

NexScale platform offers as an AI Business Partner for wellness and fitness operators. It connects to the business existing CRM and booking tools, such as Mindbody, Mariana Tek, PushPress, and Glofox, in under one day, with no data migration. During setup, NexScale calibrates to the studio's brand voice so member communications stay on-brand. It then analyzes member data to flag at-risk members weeks before they cancel and prepares personalized outreach through each member's preferred channel, such as SMS or email. Operators review the first round of outreach before NexScale runs the loop automatically. It keeps owners in control with a daily brief, an end-of-day wrap-up, and monthly executive reports on growth, retention, and business performance.
