## What is ModbusManager?

ModbusManager covers the light end of the SCADA spectrum: local, single-PC monitoring and control of Modbus devices without servers, databases, or per-tag licensing. The Pro edition ($119) provides a drag-and-drop HMI Dashboard with gauges, trends, bar graphs, alarm lists, and industry widget sets (HVAC, motors, tanks), a Tags system with scaling, and Structured Text scripting for derived values and logic. Data logging with CSV export covers reporting needs. It suits machine-level monitoring, commissioning, plant sub-systems, and small installations where a full SCADA platform would be overkill — one-time license, fully offline, no subscription.
