BilanQo is e-invoicing and accounting software for freelancers, self-employed professionals and small businesses in Germany. It brings quotes, order confirmations, invoices, XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, incoming invoices, receipts, reminders and bookkeeping into one clear workflow. Teams can create and manage electronic invoices, import XML invoices, process incoming documents with OCR and prepare accounting data for tax advisors with DATEV export in EXTF format. BilanQo offers a free starter plan and a transparent Pro plan for EUR 7.99 per month plus VAT. The cloud version runs on German servers, with Private Cloud, Sovereign and On-Premise options for organizations with specific infrastructure requirements.
