It's held up well as the backbone of a multi-client consultancy model — support has been responsive, the platform is easy for non-specialist client users to get to grips with, and document control/audit trails give us confidence when client due diligence comes knocking. Would recommend to other consultancies looking for a platform that can genuinely support a multi-client setup. Pros Customer support is where PICMS really stands out — feedback we've raised has been picked up and acted on quickly rather than sitting in a queue, which gives real confidence when you're building a client-facing service on top of the platform. It's also straightforward for non-specialists to pick up, so onboarding clients who aren't compliance experts themselves needs minimal hand-holding. Document control, registers, and audit trails are well organised and easy to locate, and version control holds up well even across multiple separate client workspaces. Value for money is solid too — set against what it replaces (manual registers, spreadsheets, chasing paper trails), the licence cost is reasonable, and running several client accounts through one platform makes the economics work well for a consultancy model like ours. Cons The volume of corrective and preventive actions raised can feel a little overwhelming once you're managing a number of clients — though to PICMS's credit, this does mean nothing gets missed and everything is properly followed up. We are at the beginning of our ISO journey and PICMS is such supportive piece of software. I am confident we will be compliant when we are audited. I am organised, my business is meeting ISO requirements and I am not flustered with documents everywhere. Pros It is incredibly well thought out, with all my documents in one place to be easily managed and distributed to colleagues. I can easily track what documents my staff have engaged with. I can record incidents, meetings, audits, instantly and everything is updated immediately. The system is sensible and simple to use.
