Contact Gleaner keeps your Microsoft 365 contacts current — automatically, without the manual data entry that most contact tools still require. Every day, Contact Gleaner scans the signatures on the email you send and receive. It recognizes the contacts you already have, surfaces new ones you don't, and never silently writes to your address book. You approve every change from a fixed-size review "stage" that shows only what's new or different — a phone number added to an existing contact, a promotion picked up from a signature line, a customer you've been emailing for six months who was never in your contacts. Built for Microsoft 365 (commercial and GCC-moderate). Read-only Graph access. No password required — you sign in with your work Microsoft account. Your contacts stay in your Outlook, on your Microsoft tenant. Nothing is shared outside your organization.
