## What is ProBlu?

ProBlu is SMS-first construction documentation software for contractors whose crews will text updates but won't reliably open another field app. Field crews send plain text messages and photos as work happens. ProBlu's AI organizes those updates into structured daily logs — milestones, work logs with headcount and hours, photos, and automatic weather snapshots based on the job address. The office reviews, edits, and approves records before they're shared, exported as PDFs, or sent to owners through controlled read-only links. Daily logs are searchable by job, date, author, attachment, and work performed, building a job history that supports owner updates, claims, and internal review. ProBlu also handles change orders: crews text what changed in the field, the office prices labor, materials, equipment, and other costs with markup and tax, generates a change-order PDF with attachments, and tracks SMS and email approval activity.
